Briefing & Design

We’re proud to successfully complete 98% of retained projects, with a 2x 3-year retention rate vs the industry average. This is by no coincidence. We spend time with the relevant stakeholders to understand every aspect of your business and the requirements of the role. We then agree timescales for the search (usually 4-6 weeks).

We utilise our deep industry knowledge to provide compensation benchmarking based upon data of similar positions within competing organisations.
Each search is different. We take a personal approach, designing bespoke documentation to represent your organisation in the best possible way. We’ll even write the job description if required.

Research & Assessment

We compile a longlist of target companies and candidates for the position, based upon the brief. We will share this for your review and make adjustments where necessary
We professionally and effectively engage with candidates to refine our longlist, using non-disclosure agreements when required for discretion
We screen candidates to determine motivations and suitability prior to internal assessment. We then meet face-to-face (or via video call when not possible) to ensure the perfect fit.

Shortlist & Interviews
We compile a shortlist of candidates (usually 4-6) that we recommend for interview. We support this with market insights, data and our longlist for future talent identification.
We support you to ensure your interview process runs smoothly. We help with logistics, expenses and feedback.
We provide consultation and guidance to ensure the right choice is made, every time. We can utilise psychometrics to support this if required.

Appointment

We assist with specific candidate expectations and motivations during the offer stage to ensure negotiations run as smoothly as possible for all parties. We can collect references on your behalf, usually from 3 individuals of differing seniorities.
We’re on hand to make certain the contract signature and resignation process is painless, minimising the risk of a counter-offer.
We collect project feedback, provide onboarding support and regularly check-in to ensure that all parties are happy with the outcome.
